Questions, answered
Is VAT included in the price I see?
No — the large price on each plan is before VAT, which is how we quote. VAT is added at Bahrain's rate of 10%, and we show the all-in amount directly underneath each price so you can see both.
How does pricing by team size work?
You pick a plan that covers a set number of users. A growing team moves up to the next plan, and once you pass the largest one you simply add users at the flat per-user price shown above — so there's no cliff and no renegotiation. The more users you have, the lower the price works out per person.
Can my accountant or bookkeeper use SimpleX?
Yes. Add your accountant or bookkeeper as a user and give them an accountant role with the right access. Like any team member, an accountant login counts as one of your plan's seats.
Can I import from Excel, Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks or Xero?
Bank statements import directly — upload a CSV or Excel file and SimpleX works out the columns for you. For your customers, vendors, items and opening balances, the SimpleX team moves them across for you during your free setup, whether you're coming from Zoho Books, Tally, QuickBooks or Xero. Self-serve import for those is on the way.
What if I add users in the middle of my plan?
You only pay the difference for the time left in your period — we prorate the upgrade, so you're never charged twice.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. To cancel, email us at support@simplexnow.com. Your subscription runs to the end of the period you have paid for, and you can export your data at any time.
Is inventory included?
Yes — stock tracking, valuation and low-stock alerts are part of the one product, included on every plan from day one.
Is my data backed up securely?
Yes. SimpleX runs in the cloud with encryption in transit and at rest, and regular automated backups.
